Inter-State tie-up sought to counter terror threat

KOZHIKODE: Inter-State consultations for sharing information and resources would strengthen the war against terrorism, Karnataka HomeMinister V.S. Acharya said in Kozhikode on Friday, while offering fullsupport to the State government's efforts to counter terroristoutfits. At a press conference, Dr. Acharya said the two governments alreadyhad a rewarding spell of cooperation to tackle chikungunya two years ago when the two States were threatened by the scourge.
