Dear Dr.Acharya,

I have recently read an article in the newspaper where the TENDER called for SURATHKAL HIGHWAY was cancelled since there was only 1 particicpant. The higways in coastal KARNATAKA are in a very bad shape. Please draw the attention of Mr.KAMAKLNATH on this.Mr.T R Baalu diverted majority of the projects to TN when he was the SURFACE TRANSPORT MINISTER.
