Yakshagana, though being a karnatakan dance has not been promoted in some of cultural events in cities like Bangalore,Mysore,Davangere and Hubli.Having studied at Alike,Vittla for 8 years, it is common sight during our school days. I guess Alike(place) is very nodal centre which nurtures students to enjoy veda,yoga,geeta and culture apart from studies.
